No tools should be needed. We can crash at the shop (air mattresses and an
army cot -- in the A/C) but the shower still isn't in.Full kitchen though.
My house is a) an hour away and b) not currently fit for human habitation
with the amount of time I've been away from it over the last 3 months. 

If we finish late and you hang out for the night we can at least make a
scouting run to ISC to see if they've improved enought for future
consideration. 

I'll email Ron and let him know I waited too late to drum up any interest in
the outing.
