Boy, ain't that the truth!  I sold an old truck to a
friend...she never registered it, racked up hundreds
of dollars of parkin' fines in Dallas...they came
after me like I was Pubic Enema #1...
Luckily, I had filled out the form at the top of the
title and sent it in (with $5)...For some reason, I
had made a copy of the form and the check...Damned
luck I did...I presented the copy to  some functonary
at the big cop shop, and got off the hook.
