No it didn't qualify for the clunker program.  It must be no older than 25 to 
qualify.  Also its gas mileage is too good, must get 18 or less.  And besides, 
its worth a lot more than 4,500 not going to the crusher.

After viewing that I think Bluebus should maybe go to the crusher.Last week 
it qualified for the $4500.00 Clunker trade in program, if traded on an 
update .But alas it's now just an old VW van.
