“Lazy and less tolerant of inconveniences”. That’s true for all of us. It is
definitely getting harder and harder to have big gatherings as we get older and
our cars get rarer. Repairs and parts and prices as well as our bodies are
making this a tougher hobby all the time. I’ve had Murray for about 10 years
now and there is a big difference between being 50 years old and 60. I. not
sure how many more trees I can run into and recover anymore.

I'm ready right now! I'm gonna drive the Double Cab the whole way solo. It's
gonna be an extra long route, since I'll be detouring through Oklahoma City on
the way up. For the trip home, I'll go straight South back to Beaumont
(Orange).

That's a lot of hot windshield time, but I do like the roadtripping.... and I
figure I had better do it while I still have the motivation. I'm getting more
lazy and less tolerant of inconveniences as I get older.

Y’all come up for the Eureka show at the end of August. It may well be the last
one.
