Well I don't have reason to believe that it is a photo of mine but that the art on the Bus is mine. Can I photograph someone else's art and put it on a t-shirt and make money off of it? So if I take a photo of the Mona Lisa then I have the right to do whatever I want with the image? T-shirts, greeting cards and whatnot?
