Bug is a sedan. The body is solid and straight but the pans are gone (BIG holes). I think they are both worth restoring. -----Original Message----- From: tcb-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:tcb-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Mark Sawyer Sent: Sunday, November 21, 2004 10:18 AM To: tcb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [tcb] Re: @CHECK++ Re: What's it worth? Hello Lonnie: Is the 63 a sedan or a rag top? I think the Denis is right. even if it's not worth restoring, there are a lot of parts to be salvaged. I think you could make much more that just your money back. I might even be interested in the bug if it is solid condition. Where are they located at? ---Mark aka "The Vanagon Guy" Denis Dodson <coocoo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: Gee, if it has glass, hinges and a somewhat straight body it is worth $500. At the very least you could part it out and get your money back. If you are like me, your problem will be where to put them. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lonnie Bergman" To: Sent: Sunday, November 21, 2004 7:25 AM Subject: @CHECK++ [tcb] Re: What's it worth? >I wish I'd had my camera with me.
