Unfortunately on these it isn't that easy. I finally (after 4 years?) was able to re-thread my wiring harness through my 21 window, but had to get rid of the sheathing and tightly wrap the wiring in electrical tape - otherwise it kept getting caught up in the conduit that sits in the frame, behind a belly pan. It goes from front to back in one piece. I put in a few new holes along the way to get the guide tape through unfortunately. But that's better than a harness dangling under the bus. Back in high school I had this problem on my '65 and had an electrical shop rig their own version of the 'hard start relay'. I'll probably do that again once I get to it. :-) On Mar 26, 2012, at 8:33 AM, Rusty Herring wrote: > My brother's buse had a similar problem. > We ran another wire from the starter to the switch. > Problem gone!! > > Sent from my iPhone while sitting on my butt! > >
