I KNEW I should have put my hands on that horn button before I offered it. Sorry, Chuck, keep looking. I have another source and see if I can get my hands on one this weekend. I do have my hands on one rear bumper bracket. I had two when I was gathering stuff to bring home with the truck while I was in Wyo. and then left them both. My dad found one of them and mailed it to me with the other stuff I left up there. I will see if he can find the other one. _____ From: tcb-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:tcb-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Chuck Blue Sent: Monday, September 17, 2007 9:54 PM To: tcb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [tcb] Re: Brian, Brian, Brian Thanks, Sammy I need blades for a 65. Don't know which you need since I don't remember the year model of the blue bus. May have enough pieces to make a complete repairable bumper. I am on the search for a horn button for the big steering wheel and some bumpers that are repairable. I think the Bus God is watching over Denis and probable laughing his asses off. ole blue ----- Original Message ----- From: Denis Dodson <mailto:coocoo@xxxxxxx> To: tcb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Monday, September 17, 2007 11:35 AM Subject: [tcb] Brian, Brian, Brian I don't want to knock Bay busses, my best friends are Bay bus people, but you are not going to find anyone to trade a Split for a Bay. Splits are getting extremely rare really quickly. The only way to get one for anything like a realistic price is to find a complete piece of s*** and restore it. Or have an idiot for a brother in law. Somebody, last week or so, left a '64 walkthrough panel at Wayout. It has small body metal spots and the floorboard under the driver and passenger is rusted through like Swiss cheese. The edge of the cargo door floor is rusted out, but that is about it for the body. It starts and stops and drives. It has head and tail lights, new glass all around. The owner wants $8500. That is too much for me, but I can see that it is probably not a bad price for a running bus. Good luck. _____ No virus found in this incoming message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
