I don't know much about all the sheet metal you are talking about but here
is what I have.
If it is what you are looking for let me know, I can take a pic of it and
send to you if you would like. I am in Houston, TX and will be at the Texas VW
classic.
I have all the stale air sheet metal that came off my 62 bug. the shroud has
a notch in the bottom center and the a depression at the top center. The
shroud has no heater hose outlets.
