I am thinking a Sunbrella tent would look real good but be uncampable. It
would not keep out the rain, or keep in the cool when using an air
conditioner or warm when using a heater.
It would be most excellent as long as weather conditions were ideal.

Sunbrella material tent would look good over
the paint job he has on it. If the cost doesn't go too high over the
premade prices then he may go that way. Sunbrella material is available
at Jo-Ann's for about $20/yd. The repop tents online range from $280
for cotton to $399 for a mildew/fade resistant acrylic blend
