Greetings everyone!  Sorry about the multiple messages but as we fade out the 
yahoogroup and ramp up on the freelist list there will be some redundancy....it 
will all be resolved soon.

Just a reminder that our Annual Astronomy Fair is this Saturday at the Puyallup 
Library and Pioneer Park from Noon until 5pm followed by our TAS Student 
Potluck (TAS Astro Fair volunteers are included of course) and then weather 
permitting we will have our star party from 9 until midnight-ish.

Students!  Check your previous email for a note from Ken with signups for 
potluck items, etc...

Everyone!  We need help both at the Astro-fair and at the evening star party.  
During the day we have activities where you can help...moon craters, stomp 
rockets, solar viewing, comet making, passing out TAS information, etc.  The 
evening star party is our typical outreach style star party...the moon won't be 
much help and we may have to move around a bit to get Jupiter...but we are pros 
at all of that!

I DO need a headcount of those who will be there at the Astro Fair and staying 
for the potluck so we can have enough burgers and dogs to feed you well!  
Whether you are stay for dinner or arriving for dinner and the star party 
either entitles you to a meal!  For the students this is our annual 
back-to-school Family Potluck so come anytime....just let me know so I can 
bring enough stuff!
