[taos-glug] SICP assignment

For the week starting Monday, July 14, I suggest we aim at getting
through Exercise 1.28. In other words, through section 1.2.6, "Example:
Testing for Primality."
As I recall, some of the material is difficult. Last year I had trouble with
the "theta f of n" business, got impatient, and put the book aside at that
point.
So, this time around, I'm taking a serious attitude toward it, and using
my best study skills.
