Yes.  And this paper isn't nearly as advanced as it seems on the surface.

Yes!  Did I use EOPL?  Sorry, I tend to switch to acronym mode when I'm
tired.  This is an EXCELLENT book.  I suggest that as everyone gets more
scheme-efficient, that they pick up this book.  It basically shows how
Scheme representation is sufficient for pretty much any programming
language.  It's a great book, although the specific chapter I was
referring to took several readings to really understand.

Also, just so you all are aware, on irc.freenode.net there is a #scheme
channel that is pretty active.
