OK, Steve I thought he was implying that one could sell to one's friend and one's friend could in fact purchase for the £50.00. Now pity some of these e-mails I delete and others I keep but I think I probably deleted that one as I am not interested in selling my Talks mobile. Certainlly not the N95 unless something brilliant came on the market. Only have the 1st one since June.

He basically said what I said, and that is you can only use each for an upgrade once, but then you can jump from phone to phone. What you can't do is sell your old phone, which you have upgraded to your friend, and expect your friend to be able to get it for 50 quid. In other words, you buy Phone A, you then use Phone A to upgrade to Phone B. You can still use Phone B to upgrade to Phone C, but you can't use Phone A to upgrade to Phone C. So in other words, if you sell on Phone A, the new customer can't use it for an upgrade, if you have done so. How many times can talks be moved from one phone to another? I know it's £50 to move it over from one to another, but how many times can I?
