[talks-uk] battery charging or not?

Hi all.
I am sending this to both the talks UK and official talks mailing lists so I
apologise in advance if some of you get this twice.
I have a Nokia 6680 and I have noticed that whilst the battery is charging,
pressing the talks and right soft key announces "battery one bar" throughout
the duration of the charging cycle. Only when the phone is fully charged does
it announce that the battery is at full capacity (7 bars I assume). Is this a
bug in talks? is something wrong with my phone?
