[talks-uk] TRANSFER OF LICENCES

Hi all,
I know this has come up before ... but you never pay attention when you
don't really need it.
I'm about to purchase another phone but think I'm going to have to buy
another copy of Talks.
Is it correct that you can only transfer Talks once from one phone to the
next, unless perhaps a phone has been damaged or something?
If I do not have this correct, could someone tell me what the rules are,
please?
