Hi Graham,
I think its supposed to be the Talks key followed by "Down" with the
joystick. This seems to have inconsistent results depending on where
you are in the system, i.e. in web pages it seems to just read a chunk
of text and then give up. This may be because I've misunderstood the
purpose of this command.
