Hi David,

To hard reset any phone, not just the N73, do the following. Note, you will
lose everything store internally in the phone, but not on a memory card, and
that includes Talks if it is stored on the phone.

1. From the main phone window, type *#7370#. You will be asked then if you
are sure you want to do this. Hit Key1 if you wish to proceed. Then type
in the lock code, which by default is 12345 and press Key1. Now wait for
about two minutes, and your phone will reformat and reboot. You will now
need to set the time and date etc.

All the best
