Yes, the camera is very good and the one on the N96 is not any better as far
as I know.  Perhaps slightly better with regard to auto focus and face
recognition but, I am not sure about the latter.

Interesting what you say there Paul but I have one problem with the N95 and
that is that putting on my own ring tone, an mp3 file, it is not as loud as
the ring tones on the phone itself which is disappointing.  Other than that
the minute I saw the N95 I knew it would be good and the number pad is
excellent.  Like you say the sound from the speakers is amazing too.  There
is no camera cover on the black N95.  It has not given me a problem.  In
fact my niece who is not visually impaired says the camera on it is
excellent.
