I have e5 and e7. Disappointed with e7 in that if I dial a number and need
to dial a further number e.g. To find out your balance press 1 and to speak
to a customer service person press 2. This option is not possible from the
keypad but must be carried out by the touch screen. E5 is great but again I
experienced a problem recently. I set up an access point in Ireland with the
broadband in the house but when I went on line vodafone charged me. Not sure
what has happened there but very disappointing. I an confident I had set the
access point correctly.

Hi all,

I am thinking of upgrading my phone and considering either e5 or e7.  I just
had a feel of both phones in the shop.  Can you make any comments on the
performance of either of the phones if you are using one?  Can you prefer
one over the other? If so, why?  I will be using the phone to read
documents, read emails, listen to MP3 and maybe some web surfing.
