Hi Adrian,

This is probably because it loads the new KHTML Browser that Nokia use. We
can't do anything about this, until that browser is accessible with Talks.
it will come, but it ain't here yet.

Hi Steve,

I have tried what you said on an ordinary message containing a link to no
avail. Messages which are classed as a "Service message" will connect to a
link contained in them if you click the joy stick upon opening as you
describe, but browsing is still inaccessible.

Hi Adrian,

Next time you have a message, try leaving automatic find on, then open the
message, then immediately click the joystick, as soon as the message is
open. I think it might work.

Hi Steve,

I tried what you said but there was no option called "find". There is one
called "Automatic find Off" which I changed to "Autom, atic Find on" but
didn't seem to do anything. Some of these text messages cause an option
called Download to appear in Options, but when you click on this it sees to
load an inaccessible web browser. I would appreciate it if you could check
if there is any way to click on a link within a text message on the N70 or
if not do you know if there's a way to select a link in a text message and
paste it into the accessible web browser found in the the phone's main menu.

Thanks

Adrian.

Hi Adrian,

It is quite tricky to click on a link inside a text message, but you can go
to options inside the message, hit find, then Web address. I think that's
how it goes on the N70, I haven't used one for a while.

Steve, could this be the problem I have with my N70, namely that when I
activate a link from within a multimedia message browsing is inaccessible,
but when I select Web from the menu it works fine? Is there also two
browsers on the N70? If so, do you know if there's a way for me to select a
link from a text message, go to the web browser and then paste it in. It's a
particular problem for me when using some services to download vidios or
ringtones which text you with a link and an access code.

Thanks

Adrian.

Hi Paul,

It does work, provided you go in via the Services option, rather than the
Web option. If you do it that way, it uses the old browser.

Hi, Everyone.
Can anyone tell me if there is an alternative Web browser out there that can
be used on a N73 and works with Talks? The one on the Nokia 6630 was fine
and came in pretty useful, but the Browser on the n73 doesn't seem to work.
Thanks for your help with this;
Thanks, Paul Bepey.
