Hi

The 3G attached is letting you know that you have 3G coverage in your area.

Your phone network is probably set to duel mode which means that when you
are in an area with 3G coverage, you will get this message. If however, you
are in an area without 3G coverage you will probably get a message which
says "Packet Data attached".

I hope this helps.

Regards

Pritesh

Hi,
Using e5. Does anyone know what 3g attached means? It reads it on the
status bar before the network and battery status.
