TalkSerotek: Remote controling another computer.
Hello all. I am trying to help someone in another part of our state
get signed up for a thirty day trial of System Access and the System
Access Mobile Network. The software is loaded onto the person's
computer, but when a friend was typing in the contact information for
her it kept disappearing. Is there a way for me to assist her using
the option for controlling a computer remotely? At present, when I
press enter on that link nothing happens. I can't find any
documentation in the help files. I have also put in a call to
technical support for assistance.
