Lots of things can prevent us from running. Firewalls and anti-virus utilities are two that come to mind. Why don't you give us a call. Between you and us, we could probably poke around and figure it out.
I was trying to run satogo.com on my girls' computer so I could do some maintenance on it; but I keep getting the message that it couldn't start and I need to call Support. Since it won't even run, and therefore I can't log in, I don't know what Support could tell me since they wouldn't be able to remote-connect. I guess what I'm wondering is why it doesn't seem to work on some systems, and could we do something maybe in Internet Options to unblock something so it will work on this machine? Just wondering if there might be something we could try to get it running. Here's something else I just now thought of: The machine is an XP Pro computer, but I found it needed lots of Windows updates including Service Pack 3. Do you think that once it's updated it should work, or do other things prevent satogo from working sometimes?Thanks. Joanne
