Hi,
I was also told by somebody that I would be better off with window-eyes rather than system access. I am a pretty advanced computer user. However, I did find that system access works ok with visual basic 2008 development environment, and you can use it to program Python and other languages by using notepad to write the code. it even works in the text chat window inside skype. If I have enough money next month, I will buy a month of system access to see how it goes. Right now I'm still trying to decide on either window-eyes or system access.

I have not experienced this. I do know that Amazon can be very slow at times. You may want to try turning off pictures/video animation in your browser...
