Hi Rosemarie,
I'm not certain what your situation is! Sometimes one gets so adicted to SA Mobile that they can't do anything else! Then again, you simply hit the escape key till you are hearing prompts which ask you whether you wish to leave the network or close System Access. If you are closing System Access screen reader only, press insert F4. As for your spending too much time at your PC, I can't help you much (grin smile)!
