let me warn you all wanting to use this. IBM Via Voice will cause reader
crashes. I had problems with it with Window Eyes, SA, Thunder, NVDA. I
have verified with many people including Mike Calvo himself and I was told
that Via Voice is not recommended to be used at all as it's buggy and very
unstable..
