I am just wondering where you received the information that Pass-Keys can-not be created or used any longer. As far as I see Serotek is not selling the Pass-Keys any longer or the credit card size CD's to create your own, however you can create your own Pass-Keys on your own CD's. This feature has never changed.

Hi. The pass key is a CD with the software on it. You must insert the CD and create the pass key. You then have 30 days in which you can use that pass key. This option was the best as far as using public computers are. Most places won't even allow a U3 key so the pass key is the only option left. Unfortunately Serotek have suspended the pass key option so we've only the U3 key option left. I stopped my monthly service because I could no longer make use of the U3 key as the education centre in my area will not allow external devices to be plugged in to their USB ports. I am now looking to buy a Atom license and the NNeospeech voices. eospeech
