The import feature probably has not been ported to the new browser yet.

Thanks Casey it worked. When I tried the old browser, I found import
book marks, right away. and imported around 300 book marks from internet
explorer. Worked great.
Not sure why I can't find the feature in the new beta browser, oh well.
