[tabi] used assistive technology resource

Hi all,
just an FYI to say I've come across a site called AT bay (modeled after
EBay) for selling/trading assistive technology. there's no fee for using
it, it's operated by FAAST, and it's at:
http://atbay.faast.org
There doesn't seem to be much traffic, but then we'll need to start using it
before there will get to be.
