Today I had to report a problem with the Alexa app and the Alexa web site to
Amazon (they were both screen reader related problems).
Just FYI, if you need to report an accessibility issue, they said to call
their primary customer service number below and tell them that you have a
visually impaired technical problem to report, and could you speak with the
special department setup for this (which is the same as asking for Monica
she said). She will either try to help you, or, send a report to the
appropriate group (I sent 4 reports today).
