Hi. From what I can figure out, the "bus pass program" is covered under
sections A ("I would like transportation assistance,") and B ("The bus is too
far or the bus does not run where I go") of the general paratransit (Dial A
Ride/CTC) application. It's always been my understanding that one has to
give up paratransit privileges each month in exchange for a bus pass. There
have been exceptions to the rule in extreme circumstances, though.
