[tabi] for those with landlines from CenturyLink

FYI, we and others we know are having an issue today where we cannot call
anyone who has a T-mobil cell number.  We just get a fast-busy signal when
we try.  

 

You could possibly help us by when you encounter this problem, please call
CenturyLink to complain.
