[tabi] for Window Eyes users: a way to handle captcha is now available as a script so it's automatic

You will need to sign up for a free account on solona.net

You will also need to install both script updates mentioned in the
announcement below. When you have these, and you find you're stopped by a
visual captcha challenge, you can just press the hotkey and wait for someone
to recognize it for you and return the characters to your clipboard
automatically.

Subject: Updates to Homer Shared Object and Web Client

With Homer Shared Object 8.0, enhanced InPy.exe to support the 0Captcha
utility. With Web Client 2.2, added that utility:
0Captcha - Submit a captcha to solona.net ( a free account is required), and
have the text solution copied to the clipboard so you can paste it into a
web form. The utility waitsup to 90 seconds for a human operator to respond
(the recommended amount).

The 0Captcha utility may also be launched directly with Control-Windows-0.
If so, the active window is first saved to an image file on disk before
running WebClient_0Captcha.py, and that file is the default for submission.
