I can't comment on Star Metro. My mobility issues prevent me from using the 
Star Metro buses. From stories I've heard, their so called improvements are 
nothing of the sort.

It's not just paratansit. Despite its recent efforts to improve service and fix 
the harm done by Ron Garrison, StarMetro's fixed route system is no gem.

Yep, it is truly inconvenient not having a driver’s license. Think of all the 
time we could save if we didn’t have to use paratransit transportation ☺. From:
