Hi Mimi,
There are 2 routes which stop at the Village Square stop: Red Hills and
Dogwood; I think it's Red Hills that you want.
You can call StarMetro if you want exact route descriptions, or, you can
call Allison, I know she'd be glad to look at the schedule for you; we
take Red Hills, but we're going south from Village Square, so I don't
know the route north of there. (We ran into Bruce Weaver on Red Hills
the other day).
Anyway, Allison's day-time number is 413-6314 and our home is 668-6665.
I do have a text file if anyone wants it, with a description of each
stop and its location and the routes which use it (one stop per line,
about 800 stops). It also describes whether the route stops just before
or after the intersection, and whether there is a bench and/or shelter
at the stop (thanks to Charles Main and Brian Waterman and John Plescow
for getting me the data).
You can search the text file for street names etc. to locate a stop you
might want, or upon request, I could produce a text file of stops within
a given radius of a specific address, or for a specific route, etc.

Thanks to all the genius gifted folks, I am able to
benefit fromall of your labors. Any clues about the
route that runs out thomasville road from village
square north to kerry forest and target. Used to be
80x I think. Smack in the middle of shamrock south,
east west and north, I think the bus would not be any
closer.
Magic my guide german shepherd walks me five miles but
we do not cross thomassbille at kerry forest for the
pleasure of Walmart.
Oh well so many other things to do.

Hi Chip,
I have the sendero GPS and would be willing to give it
a try. Also does the
file format you have work with Google maps or any of
the other numerous
android GPS maps. Most of them require internet or
phone carrier access.
You can download the maps for Google maps to your
device and use the GPS
receiver for tracking.
