Joe,

like Lynn says though, they'll probably be promoting the nova 2010 plan,
and probably will be oding so with ads in and on the bus as part of
their campaigne.  regardless of where their ads are, Lynn has a great
idea about asking them to work in some material about keeping all
passengers safe as they walk to bus stops, and that would be a great way
to lead in to the white cane law.
