[tabi] People First issue with IE 10

Hi all,

 

If you're a state employee who needs to use People First, you should be
aware that it is not compatible with IE 10.  However, it will work with
IE 10 if you put IE into its "compatibility mode" (with a choice under
its "Tools" menu) before you try to log on to People First..
