Well... now that NOVA has been up and running for a couple of weeks, it's time
to register your feedback not just with each other, but with an OFFICE WHOSE
JOB IT IS TO SET POLICY, hopefully in the direction of improving life in
Tallahassee.

Several bus riders have already called M'Lisa Ingram, who is the Administrative
Assistant to Mayor Marks, to relay their concerns. Please join the chorus!

While Ms. Ingram has indicated that she would prefer emails over phone calls,
please note that

"Florida has a very broad public records law.? Most written communications to
or from government officials are public records available to the public and
media upon request.? Your e-mail communications may be subject to public
disclosure."
Therefore (and also perhaps for the sake of impact, since a phone call requires
engagement on both sides, not merely SEEING that an email is in your IN box),
you may wish to call her at 850-891-8179.

Here is her email address

Thank you to all of you who have or will take the time to provide meaningful
feedback. Here are just a couple of examples of what you might wish to relay:

the difference in time your commutes take now versus under the old system,

the ease of transferring buses,

the helpfulness and knowledge of drivers and other staff when you have asked
for assistance/stop announcements
the ease of finding new stops and using the Next by Text feature, including the
role Braille placards will fill

on-time performance of routes and scheduled connection times

AND how these factors have or will effect your plans to stay on or off
Dial-a-Ride service.

Obviously we have the bus system we have, at least for the time being.

Only with YOUR FEEDBACK will it (and the resulting situation on Dial-a-Ride) be
improved.
Erica
