Oh wow what a wonderful woman to pass from this world. We had such a good time
with the tandem bike rides My cell organized. I thought I would never be able
to ride a bike again and My cell made it possible for several years. And the
tee shirts were really cool looking too. I have a small collection of them to
wear every now and then.
Thank you Silla for keeping the list posted on great folks that have passed
on.

Subject: [tabi] Mycell Hyatt-Armington
Dear All,
There is simply not a good way to relay such sad and surprising news. Sometime
either Thursday evening or Friday morning, Mycell Hyatt Armington (MIKIE)
passed away at home.
Mycell had battled illness (shed recently suffered no less than 4 strokes) but
was feeling better and stronger and had a good outlook. I know of few others
with the strength of faith as Mycell had.
She leaves behind 4 children and numerous grandchildren. Shed recently retired
following an almost 40-year career with the Social Security Administration.
Mikie graduated in 1974 and attended FSB from 1963 1974. She was involved
with prison ministry and loved sharing Gods word and love. She orchestrated a
tandem bike rally for several years, sang in her church choir, and no telling
what other good works that Im not aware of. I shall miss this strong,
sometimes willful woman whom I was proud to call Friend. God bless her family,
friends and those whose lives she touched for the better.
I am unaware of arrangements at this time and will soon be out of town
attending the FSB Alumni Reunion. If I learn of times and dates before I leave,
I will share.
Be at peace, Mycell, safe in your Fathers arms!
Love,
Sila
