How exactly could something like that happen?
I'm certain, could be wrong, that no one with a visual impairment would
actually need night vision goggles.
Most of us already have night vision, right?

Yes this is a shame. I wonder if he read about the goggles being donated.
I
suspect he got these for future use in stilling other stuff from other
places. I say he it could be a she. I hope insurance will cover them.
