Hi, I don't think this has any bearing on the owner of the dog at all unless
something is not being told here. If this is the whole story then the owner
of the bulldog is letting this go in one ear and out the other. You must be
responsible for yourself and your property. And if not then you should feel
the wrath of the legal system as much as possible. I think the owner just
went home and praised the dog and told all his buddies about how his bulldog
kick this Shepard dog butt. Laughing all the time! Unless the whole story is
not being told.

She got it to the proper authorities, but, what are they promising?

Often, aggressive people own powerful and aggressive dogs and need to be
sniffed out! They're, often, more than a nuisance!

They're a hazard to society!

I pray your dog don't suffer from that insensativity!
