Hi All,

I wanted to let you all know about the start of an Accessibility Series on the
Blackboard Blog. I may have mentioned it briefly in previous meetings but it's
finally up and running and the first entry has just been posted.

http://blog.blackboard.com/blackboard/2010/03/accessibility-why-it-matters.html

Over the coming weeks and months we will be posting regularly about features in
Blackboard that can assist users with disabilities in their day to day use of
the product. In addition, we intend to provide information, resources and tips
for those people on campus that support users with disabilities. The hope is
that this series will continue the conversation around accessibility of
Blackboard Learn and provide some useful information for everyone. Please feel
free to join the discussion by commenting on the post or emailing me (or the
list) directly. If you know others (not in our Accessibility Users Group) that
would be interested in following the discussion don't hesitate to pass this
along to them.

I am really looking forward to seeing where this conversation goes.

Thanks!
JoAnna
