Robert,

Yes, I was expecting that each route would make a loop, and since this
route is near my house also, I looked at it in particular, and was very
confused as to where and when the bus went from the end back to the
start.

Each time they make a route change, someone (I don't know who) needs to
evaluate the bus stop site for accessibility.  since they're not
describing the bus stops at all in these descriptive texts, I'm not even
sure if that's possible right now, but how would any of us know if a
particular stop requires walking along a road without sidewalks or
across open parking lots?
