I simply followed the link in the original message I sent to the list,
searched the map to find the local office number, and explained to them that
I am a visually impaired person wishing to take the test. I had to schedule
an appointment and location around town to take the test so they could
provide me with my accommodations. I was given my options of formats and I
chose a reader/scribe. I don't recall if there were more options than simply
large print but if Braille was available I decided against it because I'm
not all that fast at Braille. I'm sorry but I just don't recall the name of
the lady I spoke with to schedule the appointment who also read the test for
me. I don't have that phone number written down anywhere but if you don't
have any luck finding it yourself let me know and I'll find it again and
post it to the list.
