Darla,

The mall doesn't have a problem with it, Star Metro does. In fact, now there have been busses that stop right by Sears and the reason for discontinuing it baffles me. I agree, the busses should stop at the mall, close up, and I think we should fight for it.

William

As I recall, there aren't sidewalks at Governor Square Mall on which to walk; I can't think of many things more unsafe than having to traverse a large parking lot while competing with the noise from the Parkway, and more people than you think, simply pull out of their parking space without looking for anyone, so I believe that Star Metro needs to have the buses go into the mall, as they currently do.

If the mall has a problem with that, let them have shuttles from the bus stop to the mall entrance and back.

Darla

For those folks who called into Perspectives this moorning I say thank you for taking the time. And for those who were left on hold as the show ended another thank you to you.

I got a chuckle from Ron Garrison when he described how dangerous it was to have a bus go into the mall parking lot. Yep it's dangerous out there for pedestrians too.

I was on the Star Metro bus listening wile I road around town.
