Sorry Darla, what is not true?  

if it's that you believe the mall is against the buses, all I can
suggest, and your other posts have also lead me to suggest this, is that
you read all the posts on a subject before replying.  in this case you'd
see William and Lynn, both quite involved with the entire project, both
believe the mall is in favor of buses.
