Hi all, I recently sent the below email to the StarMetro general contact email address, after trying to take the survey of theirs. I went to the survey page to take the survey, and at the bottom it had a map of the four alternatives (which had a descriptive tag for the blind which said “the four alternatives will be described above”). I’m sorry to say the alternative maps were not described, and so the visually impaired cannot take this survey in any meaningful way it would appear. Thank you for your immediate attention to rectifying this part of the survey.
