Hi all,

I recently sent the below email to the StarMetro general contact email address,

Hello,

I am a blind user who recently received the email below.

I went to the survey page to take the survey, and at the bottom it had a map of
the four alternatives (which had a descriptive tag for the blind which said
“the four alternatives will be described above”). I’m sorry to say the
alternative maps were not described, and so the visually impaired cannot take
this survey in any meaningful way it would appear.

Thank you for your immediate attention to rectifying this part of the survey.

[Help StarMetro Plan for Tomorrow]<https://t.e2ma.net/click/h3zdi/do5wfj/twipyc>

StarMetro is Planning for Tomorrow and is seeking input from area business
owners and residents on enhancing public transportation methods. A
comprehensive study is being conducted to address the future of Tallahassee’s
public transit serving downtown and areas surrounding Tallahassee Community
College (TCC), Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) and
Florida State University (FSU).

StarMetro will host three meetings on Thursday, October 23, 2014, to give area
residents a final opportunity to learn about the study and to provide feedback
about what they would like to see in the future for Tallahassee public
transportation. All residents are invited to attend one of the following
sessions:

 • C.K. Steele Plaza, 111 W. Tennessee St., 7 – 9 a.m.
 • C.K. Steele Plaza, 111 W. Tennessee St., 2:30 – 4:30 p.m.
 • LeRoy Collins Leon County Public Library, 200 W. Park Ave., 5:30 – 7 p.m.

Those who cannot attend one of the sessions are encouraged to provide input by
visiting www.starmetrosurvey.com<https://t.e2ma.net/click/h3zdi/do5wfj/9ojpyc>.
