I agree at least 25 years I would say closer to 100 years to really get full
benefits from it. Like the old saying Roam was not built in a day. Just my
thoughts.

I was on the 22nd floor of the Capital when it was signed.  And I knew then
that it would take at least 25 years before it would really be accepted.
