[tabi] Dial a ride availability next week

Dial A Ride will be closed on Thursday July 4, and Friday July 5, 2013. If
you need a work ride for Friday, you should call and schedule it now. If
memory serves correctly, Big Bend Transit will be providing those rides.
The number to call is (850) 891-5199. The representative I spoke with said
that bus service will be available on Friday.
